(1)This Act may be cited as the Stock Transfer Act 1963. (2)Subsection (3) of section 5 of this Act shall come into force on the passing of this Act, and the remaining provisions of this Act shall come into force on such date as the Treasury may by order made by statutory instrument direct. —(1) This Act may be cited as the Stock Transfer Act, 1963. (2) This Act shall come into operation on such day as the Minister appoints by order.
