Different uses for essential oils
Only use high-quality, organic essential oils that have been properly distilled so that their phytochemical content is not compromised. Look for bottles labeled as 100% pure essential oils and beware of cheap oils that may be diluted with potentially toxic chemical ingredients. One of my favorite things about essential oils is that there are so many different ways to use them! If you sat down and tried to list them all, that list would go on and on for pages!
