The OECD's structure consists of three main elements: The OECD member countries , each represented by a delegation led by an ambassador. Together, they form the OECD Council. The IOPS Secretariat is hosted by the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), according to the IOPS/OECD partnership agreement. The IEA is an autonomous body within the OECD framework.
